General Rules
Entry & Ticketing
All guests must have a valid ticket to enter the event. Tickets must be presented upon entry, and wristbands must be worn at all times.
Gates open one hour before showtime unless otherwise specified. Re-entry is not permitted.
Prohibited Items
No Backpacks, Coolers, or Large Bags – For security and ease of movement, these items are not allowed. Small purses, bags, and fanny packs are permitted but may be subject to search.
No Outside Food or Beverages – Only empty, reusable water bottles are allowed. Water filling stations will be available inside the venue.
No Pets – Only service animals are permitted. Dogs and other pets are not allowed to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees.
Safety & Security
All guests are subject to bag checks and security screenings. Any prohibited items found will be confiscated.
Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives, pepper spray, and firearms, are strictly prohibited.
Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas. Violations may result in removal from the event.
Behavior & Conduct
Respectful behavior is required. Disruptive or dangerous behavior, including excessive intoxication, crowd surfing, and stage diving, is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents are encouraged to use ear protection for children.
Lost or found items can be reported or retrieved at the venue’s Information Booth.
Permitted Items
Clear Bags or Small Purses – Clear bags no larger than 12″x6″x12″ and small clutches or purses are permitted.
Folding Chairs & Blankets – Low-profile lawn chairs and blankets are allowed in designated seating areas, provided they do not obstruct the view of others.
Empty Reusable Water Bottles – These may be brought in and refilled at water stations inside the venue.
Additional Guidelines
Photography & Recording
Professional photography, video, and audio recording equipment are prohibited unless approved by event organizers. Personal cameras and smartphones are permitted, but no flash photography is allowed.
Weather Policy
Concerts are held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, safety measures will be communicated, including the possibility of temporary sheltering or cancellation.
Accessibility
The Vortex strives to accommodate all guests. ADA-compliant viewing areas are available, as well as accessible restroom facilities.
Parking & Transportation
On-site parking is limited. Attendees are encouraged to carpool or use ride-sharing services. VIP parking passes are available for eligible ticket holders.
